Who we are
Hi, I’m Paola Malda Arozarena.
I created Desarrolla Talento in 2020. I spent many years working inside financial institutions and teaching in classrooms, and in both places I saw the same thing: decisions about money and work turn out better when the information is clear, in your own language and grounded in your reality.
That’s why this platform does two things: we help institutions, companies and families organize their financial decisions, and we design programs so anyone can take the next step with their money, their work or their business.

Certified by the Mexican Association of Securities Firms (AMIB) as an Investment Strategies Advisor (Figure 3), a Mexican professional certification, currently valid.
